Eyetools in Wall Street Journal: Benefits of Heatmap Testing for IBM/Ogilvy/Cisco

We're in the Wall Street Journal! (Page B7, and online) Article excerpts:

"Firms Like IBM Are Using Eye-Tracking Technology To Help Redesign Messages"

"IBM says that since starting to use heatmapping in email tests early last year, it has made some simple changes in email design that have led to major improvements in responses from customers. ... click-through rates jumped 60%"

The WSJ article talks about using heatmapping/eyetracking to improve emails. IBM and Cisco did their testing via Ogilvy, who offers our heatmapping/eyetracking testing.

"Cisco, which did a round of email-newsletter (Eyetools) testing last week, says it has found a way to increase the odds of consumers reading more of an email."
